First off, we have patients that have neither email nor cell phones. Is there an automated message that is left on answering machines in patient homes or played when a patient answers their home phone? If this program is also a notification method for inactive patients and patients needing to schedule recalls, are they able to be notified if ...

We work with a similar company called Demand Force. The big difference between the two is that I have to pay them and yours appears to be free.

Also, they seem to manage our reviews...... and with yours we are more the managers.

I have been doing research and finding that your users are getting listed high up on google maps.

Is there something we can get from dental senders that you know we can not get with demand force besides the obvious mentioned above.

Thank you

YES! Dental Senders will automatically pinpoint patients who have not been in the practice for exactly one year.

Dental Senders will automatically text and/or e-mail those patients reminding them that it has been a year since your office has seen them.

The message will encourage them to call for an appointment. Effective, active communication with your patients significantly reduces the risk of your patients going elsewhere and helps stimulate practice productivity.
