Reminders not being sent

For some reason, dental senders has not sent any email reminders to our patients for their appointments tomorrow or their appointments next week. We have it set up so reminders should go out 4 days prior to a Thursday appointment and 6 days prior to a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday appointment. Can you tell me what is wrong, and how to fix it?

We would need to check your server. Here's the usual reasons

1. Internet down
2. Server down
3. Got a new server
4. Upgraded or changed your practice management software
5. You changed your password on your DS account but not in the Concierge on the server.

Sending reminders after a software upgrade

Thank you for your reply to my question. We did just upgrade from Eaglesoft 15.0 to Eaglesoft 16.0. Is dental senders compatible with the new Eaglesoft version? How do I get the reminders to start sending again?

What is your username? Yes, we have a new release for Eaglesoft 16.0
