Microsite, Google and Reviews

Post  smiledr1 on Mon May 10, 2010 3:33 pm

Sorry for a repost, but I need help!

We've been using DentalSenders for a long time and have scores of review on the microsite. I've never seen anything about it on Google for us, BUT have noticed it for other people.

Can you please help?!

Hidden Lakes Dental Care

Many have asked about Dental Senders and reviews on Google. Google cares only about Google. They don't care about your dental office, they don't care about Dental Senders and they don't care about our competitors, they care about what's good for Google (as they should).

Luckily, Google wants the patient reviews, it's good for Google and as long as it's good for Google then it will help your rankings. Here' what we're seeing (and this is true for our competitors too) some of our clients are top of Google local, some are second page and some don't rank at all. This is not a unique situation for Dental Senders clients even clients with our competitors that pay them $3,000 to $4,000 a year don't always rank on Google.

We will be introducing new features that will help with your overall web presence. We believe that a combination of all (Twitter, Facebook, MicroSite Reviews) will help your Google rankings.

We do have another option (which we don't plan on introducing) that WOULD help all our clients. Here's an example (hypothetical), we could charge $300 a month per client and spend $250 a month with Google. Let's say we have 10,000 clients. In total we'd be paying Google $30 million a year. I firmly believe by doing this we would have all of our clients positioned very well on Google. Do our clients want to spend $3,000 - $4,000 a year with Dental Senders?

In the meantime, I'd encourage any Dental Senders client to link their Dental Senders Review page (MicroSite) to their own website.

We’ll keep you posted on our new initiatives. You’ll see new features introduced early next week. Dental Senders does not want to be the best FREE patent communications software but simply the best. The fact we are free (with logos) is just a bonus.

We do appreciate our client feedback, we do know you want to be ranked on Google and I want you to know that I have our engineers focused on all things to help your web presence.

Macrosite reviews don't showup in google

Post  affordab on Wed Jun 16, 2010 7:00 am

We are facing similar situation. We are not worried about local listings. The good thing is we have been visible in google and when searched our name comes up on Page 1.

What we want is the reviews in macrosite to show up in the reviews section of google. It is very important that these reviews show up in google. This will help give a good review of our practice to a potential patient searching for a Dentist.

Please tell us why the reviews don't show up in google?

Actually, there is no reason why we can't. It will be available as of end of week. Thanks for the great suggestion!

reviews not showing up in google place pages

Post  myosin on Tue Nov 23, 2010 2:51 pm

I too have lots of reviews, but nothing shows up in google place page. I have a couple of reviews from google and yelp on my google place page.

I searched around my city and see dentists that have LOTS of reviews through demandforce. Seems like google is picking up demandforce reviews. I think they do a smiliar service (but you have to pay...BOO, I like the price of Dental Senders!!! Very Happy )

Is it just a google only cares about google thing like you posted earlier?
