Patient trying to conf appointments on line

a couple of pateint have stated to me that they try to confirm appointment on line but it goes to a different screen and then the system keeps trying unitll patient get tired fo that and jumps out ??? what may be causing this to happen.. my email is deb@friedmanrussell.com

This one is odd as we just tested on the issue you describe on our side and everything worked. Wondering if your patient tried to do it from their phone? Clicking the confirm button does not take the patient to a new screen until the confirmation has been sent. It then brings up a new screen to confirm the sending.
