Patient cancelling

If a patient cancels their appt in the timeframe that Dentalsenders should be contacting them, does Dentalsenders cancell the reminder or do they still send the text/email?? We do not want patients that have cancelled for the same day or the next day to be receiving text and emails to remind them of the appt that had to be cancelled?
