Patient still getting texts

I have a patient still getting texts that I deleted on preferences months ago. She is getting upset and I completely understand. Any help would be great.

Once preferences are updated in your online Patient Activator account the patient should no longer receive text messages. Please call us at 866-916-5947 so we can investigate.
