Not recieving confirmations Empty Not recieving confirmations

Our office has been using Patient Activator for a few months and receive the emailed confirmations. But for the past few days We have not been receiving any email confirmations from our patients, a lot of them said they received the email and confirmed but we are not getting a notice.

If you are routing your email to an email application like Outlook it is possible the emails are getting hung up in the original email account. Please call support@866-916-5947 and we would happy to trouble shoot with you.
