The Daily Chart
The Daily Chart is a printable page that highlights all the patients
that have appointments in your office on a given day. The chart shows the contact information you have for each patient such as their email address, cell phone number and home number.
There are two ways to access the daily chart please follow these steps follow the following steps
The first way:
1. Log into your Dental Senders Account
2. You will be brought to the Dashboard
3. If your appointment reminders have been delivered today you will see the “Daily Chart” button just beside “total deliveries”
The second way:
4. Log into your Dental Senders Account
5. You will be brought to the Dashboard
6. Click the “Appointments” tab on the left of the screen
7. Patients that previously received appointment reminders for appointment today will be viewable on the right side of your screen (you may need to scroll over)
8. If you have patients highlighted in this area you will see the “Daily Chart” button just beside “total deliveries”
9. If you don’t have patients highlighted in this area click on any date in the calendar (make sure you click on the number for the date not just the box) now patients are highlighted on the right of the screen.
10. The “Daily Chart” button is just beside “total deliveries”
Thank you.

Daily Chart
Ok I found it, thanks. However, some of our patients who have home numbers listed in our practice software (DENTRIX) don't show up on the daily report as having a number. And some of the patients who do have home numbers listed in dentrix do show up on the daily report. Any help there? It appears that everyone who doesn't have an email is showing correctly on the daily report as not having an email address.

Just to close the loop on this
It's not the logic - this can happen because the office has the same EXACT person duplicated in their PMS (both with the same patient ID). So what happens is the first patient is added to the DB, then the second record essentially "updates" the record since the patient ID, First name, Last name all match exactly. Hope this helps.
