multiple surveys received by patients Empty multiple surveys received by patients

Post  jdw Fri Feb 26, 2010 10:51 pm

If a patient comes in for multiple appointments on the same day (ex: he sees the hygienist for a cleaning and the dentist for a filling) will he receive two surveys? Also, what if a patient has fillings done on one side of his mouth on Monday and comes Tuesday to complete treatment on the other side, will he receive two different surveys? Is there a way to prevent multiple surveys from going out?

If a patient has fillings done on one side of his mouth on Monday and comes Tuesday to complete treatment on the other side, will he receive two different surveys? Yes, the survey email is sent after every appointment (on different days). We do this as each experience may be different.

We do understand that for those patients that have multiple appointments this may become too much so we have options

1. The Patient can click the "Opt-out" button on the survey email and they will not receive a survey email again.
2. You can go into your Dental Senders account, click on the Patients tab, find the patient and "Unsubscribe" them from receiving surveys.
