patient gender Empty patient gender

Our office recently signed up for DentalSenders; our Practice Management System is Dentrix G4. I've been looking at a few of our patients in DentalSenders and the gender is not pulling from Dentrix properly. Why would that be happening? For example, many of our female patients are marked as male in DentalSenders; however, in Dentrix, they are designated properly.

We don't pull gender. We default everything to Male as we do not need to know the patient gender. Please ignore this. Your system is working correctly.
