Survey results Empty Survey results

Is there a place where we can see the answers to our survey questions on the Dentalsenders site, or does this only come in our email? It would be nice to see the answers in a better format and to also see them all in one place versus in email after email.

Yes, log into your Dental Senders and click on the MicroSite button on the lower left of the page. Here you will see all your survey responses.

Thank you; however, this does not show the answers to the other questions in the survey. From what I can tell, I am only seeing the results to the question asked when they rate our office--the one that posts to the microsite. Is there a way to see the answers to the other questions in the survey? We get them in our email message when someone completes the survey, but there doesn't seem to be a place on your site that shows the answers to those other questions.

OK. Sorry, at this time we only keep track of the responses to your MicroSite responses. We had new features every month so we will pass this request onto the engineers.

My patients receive the survey and not all patients that complete the survey have their response posted on the Microsite, what's wrong?

When you create your Dental Senders account it is only populated with one question in the survey. This one question and it's response is posted to your Microsite. We find when a patient only has one question to respond to they will respond to that question. The more questions you ask in the survey the less chance of patients responding.

If you have several questions in the survey they may answer all questions accept the Microsite question. Here's a sample of the Microsite question that we prepopulate in your account.

"Tell us what you like most about our office. Remember to add your name if you want us to know who completed the survey".

If you have more than this one question your patients may answer all other questions but not this one. We then default it to the star rating so, if the patient clicks five stars we post on your Microsite "I give it 5 out of 5". If the patient gives you one star we post "I give it 1 out of 5".

If you see your Microsite has many posting that are only a star rating then chances are you have too many questions in your survey and by the time your patients get down the survey to answer the most important question (the Microsite question) they are over it and only give you a star rating and don't write why they like you and your office.

For SEO ranking verbiage is always best. Please revise your survey and eliminate questions. Always think like the consumer, would you be more inclined to answer a survey with ten questions or one or two meaningful questions?

when we receive the email with a patient's response to the survey, their comments appear as well as the rating in stars. however, the comments do not appear on the anywhere on the microsite, when we log in at look at the site.

We would recommend that you delete the first 10 or 11 questions in your survey. This way patients only have one question to answer. You have edited your MicroSite question to read "How did we do? 5 stars = great. Anything else = we need to improve." this is not an ideal Microsite question as we are looking for compliments from our patients but this question is looking for negatives.
