What can I do if anything if I have patents that are not getting text messages. For example my carrier is Metro PCS and I do not receive text messages when I am due for recall of have an upcoming appointment.

Please email info@dentalsenders.com your username, patient name and cell number and date that you believe they should've received the text message and we will get to the bottom of this.
