All patients are male? Empty All patients are male?

I just installed the software and have finished the syncing process. It appears that all of my patients are dentalsenders.com are male. Is there a way to correct this?

Additionally, my calender is empty. When will I start seeing new data on the calender? I have my appointment reminders set at 1 day prior. Thanks so much.
