Email Problem
Some of my patients say they are not receiving the email reminders even though Dental Senders shows that an email was sent. I asked patients to check their spam box and still no reminder emails. How can I get this fixed? Thanks.

If we show the email has been sent then chances are the receiver may be blocking it. Please have them add noreply@dentalsenders.com to their "white list" i.e. as a contact in their address book. Thanks
