newsletters Empty newsletters

We are having patients say that they are recieveing newsletters with subjects, like sleep apnea and other topics that we did not send, what is the problem

Hi there. Newsletters are defaulted to activated in each Dental Senders account at the time of registration. On the first of each month a Newsletter will go out to all active patients in your Dental Senders account via email (if they have an email address of course). We have defaulted three standard articles into each monthly Newsletter that you can change at any time, or alternatively add your own articles. We always suggest in our training sessions to view the articles in each monthly Newsletter to make sure they conform to what you want.

If at any stage you wish to disable your Newsletters, you can go to the "My Account" section and disable the Newsletters. Alternatively you can click on the "Newsletters" tab on the menu within your Dental Senders account and disable the Newsletter for each month individually.
