Texting Home Phone Numbers
Hello,
We just created a text campaign and are noticing that a number of our patients only have one phone number which is primarily being placed in the home phone field. However, many of these numbers might still be cell phones. Will they receive a text even though their cell phone may be in the home phone field? If not, what do you suggest we do to capture these patients as well? Thanks in advance.
