Integration with Facebook; Can't it be better?

Is it possible for you, the administration, to integrate the microsite with facebook more so we can update our statuses with patient reviews (similar to how you can tweet them) and also have a "Like" box in the emails we send out to our patients so they can view our page and like it directly from the message they received? I think this would be a much better integration than just having a link on the microsite to the facebook page

Facebook has been integrated to post a link on your facebook page, but that's it. There is a link of every review on the microsite to post onto facebook, but they all do the same don't they? They just post a link to the website, they don't quote the review. Is there a way to quote to review on the facebook page without manually typing it out?

You should now be able to post the review and star rating directly to your FB wall. Please log in to your online account, click on the microsite tab and the "post to facebook" link next to the review you would like posted.
We have not yet incorporated the ability to like your FB page in the emailed reminders but anticipate rolling this out in the future. We will notify our members as new features are made available.
