I am reviewing your website but have some questions that would help in the decision of whether this program would be beneficial to this practice or not. First off, we have patients that have neither email nor cell phones. Is there an automated message that is left on answering machines in patient homes or played when a patient answers their home phone? If this program is also a notification method for inactive patients and patients needing to schedule recalls, are they able to be notified if patients do no have a cell phone or email? Again, is there an answering machine message left at their home? If not, are there reports compiled together to notify the practice of the patients that have not been notified so we may use another form of contact, such as recall postcards, phone calls, etc.?

Yes, we do offer telephone calls that go to the patients home phone number (if you don't have a cell phone or email address). The message can be listened to live or delivered to voicemail.
