Inactive Patients receiving emails and/or text messages
Why are my Inactive patients receiving emails and/or text messages?
When Dental Senders starts working with your office on Day 1 any patients that are marked Inactive in your Practice Management Software (PMS) we don’t pull into your new Dental Senders account. However after the first day of using Dental Senders any patient that you mark Inactive in your PMS needs to separately turned off in your Dental Senders account.
To do this follow these instructions
1. Log into your DS Account
2. Click the patients tab
3. Do a search for the patient that you want to make Inactive (use a capital letter for first letter of First and/or last name.
4. Click on the patients name
5. Click "Notifications"
6. Select "NO" for all emails and text messages and then click "Update"
7. That's it. The patient will no longer get communications from you.
