Holiday confirmations

Was there complications with anyone else with confirmations over the holidays?? Our e-mail system was running smoothly until last Thursday and then it did not confirm this Monday or tomorrow as well. This is our busiest time of year and we actually had complications with our first patients because they did not get their reminder e-mail. Does anyone have a contact e-mail for someone to get our system fixed??

We experienced the same complications and have already had a few late and missing patients. Any fixes yet? And does anyone know if we can expect the same to happen over the New Year holiday?

We had similar problems on the days before Christmas. We contacted the customer support line & they said that it was an isolated problem. I suggest that you give them a call to let them know that you were effected also.
