Bad emails Empty Bad emails

Is there a way we can tell if a patient has mistakenly given us bad email, or we may have mispelled it while entering in. We would like a list of bad emails so that we can correct them.

If the email address is entered into your PMS e.g. Dentrix incorrectly then we don't pull it over in Dental Senders e.g. johh@hotmailcom or johnhotmail.com but if its entered correctly e.g. john@hotmail.com we will pull that and send the email. It may not be going to your patient John if his email is johnA@hotmail.com but is being correctly delivered to someone with the email address john@hotmail.com
