Confirmation calls

Is there any way that we can check off someones name when a patient calls in to confirm after receiving a text message? We have been getting email confirmations and the program has automatically been putting a green check mark to say they are confirmed, but we are also getting patients who are calling in because of a text. How do we put that green check mark next to their name to mark they're confirmed?

At this time it's not possible. We will be releasing late this year an option on the text messages for a user to click "C" to confirm. If they click "c" the system will check off their name in Dental Senders. We have a solution on the way. Thanks.
