Confirmation Empty Confirmation

Can people text back their confirmation? What about e-mail? This would be helpful and convienient for the patient. I have had several patients call wanting to text back. Is there anything that can be changed in the system to enable this?

No, we do not allow email and/or text back. It's way too easy for a patient to say "I can't make my appointment". If they need to reschedule we want them to talk to you.
