Deleting patients off of Dental Senders...

Prior to reading the information on how to stop a patient from receiving text messages, I simply deleted them from the website database. Does this stop them from receiving text messages as well?

No, if you delete the patient then the next time the patient has an appointment Dental Senders will think its a new patient and pull them over. The only way to do this is turn the patient off in your Dental Senders in "Notification Preferences"
